Sequential systeem

Sequential systems have their own dosing valve per cylinder. Modern LPG systems usually do not have an ECU, but use the onboard computer calculated performance graph to convert to the equivalent volumes of gas. Therefore, conversion and programming is easier.

However, a multi-point injection system is a prerequisite. Newer cars with this technology have been around since the mid nineties. With these systems the Euro On-Board Diagnostics (EOBD) could be used. Here, the exhaust gases are cleaner than when burning gasoline which in turn is an advantage towards the environment.
